I owned this DVD previously and bought one for my sister because it is such a good full body workout for an older woman without straining any joints or muscles. I particularly like this video because you can customize and choose all 5 miles or fewer miles if you are short on time or don't want the full workout.
Originally I found Leslie so annoying I couldnt stand it but now I am starting to like her. I just started feeling exhausted after too much step and dreading each workout and subsequently doing less and less of the workout. The instructions are easy to follow and you can increase or decrease the intensity based on your fitness level. I just recently started using Leslie and I am actually enjoying them.
